IMM48 Boise 2027

The Treasure Valley Mustang and Ford Club (TVMFC) will be hosting the 48th International Mustang Meet presented by Kendall Auto Group from September 3 through 6, 2027 in Boise, Idaho, USA. All profits from the event will benefit the Idaho Food Bank and other local charities. TVMFC and IMM48 are 501(c)(7) tax-exempt organizations. A huge thank you to our sponsors.

Registration Process

Registration is available online here for the 48th International Mustang Meet. You may securely pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and other major credit/debit cards, PayPal or Venmo after filling out the registration form. If you have any issues with registration or have other questions regarding IMM48, please email us at info@imm48.com. If you are wanting to change or add to your registration, see our FAQ below.

US Only: If you prefer to send a United States Bank Check (not a Canadian Bank) for your registration rather than securely paying online, then complete the registration above and note in the Comments section that you will be paying by check. Make your check payable to “Treasure Valley Mustang and Ford Club” and in the Memo field on your check, write “IMM48” and mail your check to the following address: TVMFC, 11948 W Hickory Dr, Boise, ID 83713

For our registrants from Canada, the fees are in USD (US dollars). The online payment process will automatically perform the CAD to USD currency conversion, as you will make the payment in USD.

Please submit your registration using a laptop or desktop computer if possible. Mobile device registrations can be fussy. Please check your junk/spam folders for your registration confirmation email and save it to your regular inbox for future communications. If you did not receive a “registration successful” message shortly after you submit, then it did not work.

The online registration deadline is August 20, 2027. All orders for BBQ, Banquet and T-shirts must be ordered by the deadline.

Refund requests must be emailed to info@imm48.com no later than August 1, 2027.

  • If you wish to attend any of the organized events such as the Friday Night Social or the Banquet Dinner & Awards Night, but will not/do not have a vehicle to enter for the Show & Shine, you must still be officially registered by submitting a registration form and paying the registration fee. Your registration fee includes a registration package containing; 2 passes and 2 drink tickets for the Friday Night Social, dash plaque, name tags & lanyards as well as any other promotional items.
  • Any guests that you will be bringing along with you must be listed on your registration form at the time of your registration and you must indicate if they require an additional ticket/pass. This will ensure we have made the best plans for participants regarding food and beverages, as well as ensure alignment with our Event insurance guidelines for capacity.
  • T-shirts must be selected & prepaid with your registration forms.
  • Trailer parking will be as follows:
    • You will receive a direct email with instructions on how and where to park your trailer.
  • Pricing:
    • Vehicle Registration: $45 for first vehicle, and $15 for each additional vehicle
    • Saturday BBQ: $22 per person
    • Sunday Banquet: $55 per person
    • T-Shirts: $25 each

  • There will be plenty of room, just maybe not at the Group Rate​. Once the 50 rooms at Hilton Garden Inn and 50 rooms at Hampton Inn and Suites are filled, then a second block of 50 rooms will open at the Group Rate at the Hilton Garden Inn.
    • Once the Hampton Inn block fills and the second block opens for the Hilton Garden Inn, you could book the Hilton Garden Inn room and cancel the Hampton Inn reservation if you want to be in the primary host hotel.
    • We will continue to work with the hotels to see if we can increase the Group Block as reservations come in.

    • You MUST be pre-registered to participate. No roll-up entries will be accepted.
  • 9:00am – 3:00pm – Public viewing – Show & Shine
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm – Silent Auction items viewing, location TBD
  • 10:00am – 2:00pm – Participant balloting. Ballot Counting – time & Location TBD
  • 5:00pm – 8:00pm – BBQ at Legends Sports Pub & Grill at the Boise Spectrum Center. Tickets are limited and recommended to be purchased in advance before August 20, 2027. Open to registered participants ONLY! Wristbands MUST BE WORN!

  • 4:00pm – Silent Auction closes
  • 5:00pm – 6:30pm – No Host Bar at Galaxy Event Center, 1385 S Blue Marlin Ln, Meridian, ID – Registered participants only.
  • 6:30pm – 8:00pm – Banquet Dinner at Galaxy Event Center, 1385 S Blue Marlin Ln, Meridian, ID – Tickets are limited and recommended to be purchased in advance before August 20, 2027. Open to registered participants ONLY! Wristbands MUST BE WORN!
  • 8:00pm – 9:30pm – Awards presentations at Galaxy Event Center, 1385 S Blue Marlin Ln, Meridian, ID – Banquet room doors will be open to all registered participants.

FAQ

  • I intend to bring a different car to the event than I initially registered. How do I change it?
    • Send us an email at info@imm48.com with your name, previously registered car type, and the replacement car type. Please provide the year, make, model, body style, color and if it is stock or modified, and who’s name(s) should be on the window placard.
    • If this is a last minute change, then you can change the car when you pickup your registration packet.
  • I initially registered one vehicle, now I want to add another vehicle. How do I do that?
    • Again, send us an email at info@imm48.com with your name, year of vehicle, make, model, body style, color and stock/modified, and who’s name(s) should be on the window placard. We will send you an invoice for the additional $15 cost per vehicle.
  • I bought 2 banquet tickets, now I want to buy 2 more. How do I do that?
    • Once again, send us an email at info@imm48.com with your name and request and we will send you an invoice for the additional banquet tickets. Same thing applies to adding BBQ tickets and/or T-Shirts to your initial order.
  • I would like to donate an item for your silent auction
    • Email us at info@imm48.com with details of what your item is. We would like to have all of the donated items by September 2 so that we can get them listed on the auction website. If you would like a 501(c)(7) donation receipt for the item, let us know.
